海燕登陆菲律宾 史上最强 Nov 8th 2013, 05:25 （联合早报网讯）超强台风「海燕」以时速195哩（313公里）在菲律宾登陆，成为有记录以来，登陆时最强的热带气旋。 据明报网综合报道，海燕迫使菲律宾数以百万计的人逃离家园，到安全场所避难。 五级超强台风海燕刮起4至5米高巨浪，吹袭莱特岛和萨马尔。 根据天气预报，海燕将接近菲律宾第二大城市宿雾。 美国WeatherUnderground气象主管、台风专家JeffMasters说，「超强台风海燕以时速195哩（313公里）登陆，成为有记录以来，登陆时最强的热带气旋。」 1969年台风卡米尔以时速190哩在美国密西西比州登陆，是记录中最强的热带风暴。 在上午十时，超强台风海燕集结在马尼拉之东南约510公里，预料向西北偏西移动，时速约38公里，横过菲律宾中部。 （联合早报网编辑：明永昌 )
