裕廊集团第三季厂房出租增半 Nov 8th 2013, 08:17 （联合早报网讯）裕廊集团备用工业地段的总出租面积在今年第三季增加一半至52.2公顷，扭转了上季的跌幅趋势。 联合早报报道，这主要是因为制造业相关及支持领域业者的土地租用率提高。由于企业租用的工业地段面积，多于停止租约归还给裕廊集团的地段面积，第三季备用工业地段的净出租面积也比上季增加一倍至9.6公顷。 另外，现成厂房的总出租面积也比上季增加超过一倍，从7700平方公尺增至1万8600平方公尺。 （联合早报网编辑：苏亚华 )
