陈方安生：梁振英太过差劲 Oct 24th 2013, 01:33 （联合早报网讯）香港前政务司长陈方安生表示，特首梁振英在处理免费电视牌一事上太过差劲，应该向市民解释。 据明报报道，陈太出席商台节目时说，对政府处理免费电视牌照引起的争议，感到痛心气愤。她指行政会议保密制的目的，是要让行会成员特别是非官守成员能畅所欲言，但政府不能把行会当作挡箭牌，而在重大政策上不解释。 她说，在免费电视牌照事宜上，从未听过有循序渐进的政策，到底是什麽时候有了这个政策的，政府应该交代。 （联合早报网编辑：薛之白 )
