中国最高法：性侵幼女案犯严控适用缓刑 Oct 24th 2013, 07:21 （联合早报网讯）中国最高人民法院、最高人民检察院、公安部和司法部今天下午在北京联合举行发布会，发布关于依法惩治性侵害未成年人犯罪的意见。 据最高法网站消息，《意见》要求，对于强奸未成年人的成年犯罪分子判处刑罚时，一般不适用缓刑。对于判处刑罚同时宣告缓刑的，可以根据犯罪情况，同时宣告禁止令，禁止犯罪分子在缓刑考验期内从事与未成年人有关的工作、活动，禁止其进入中小学校区、幼儿园园区等场所。 （联合早报网编辑：杨丽娟 )
