假处分案 王金平：按程序走 Sep 27th 2013, 02:49 （联合早报网讯）台湾立法院长王金平今天被询及与中国国民党和解时表示，谢谢法庭的美意，国民党没有这方面考量，大家一切依程序走。 中央社报道，台湾高等法院昨天审理国民党对立法院长王金平假处分提抗告案，审判长魏丽娟劝双方为国家着想，各退一步和解，「退步原来是向前」。 王金平上午主持立法院院会审计部审计长林庆隆人事同意权案投票，会前媒体询问，怎麽看审判长的建议？王金平说，谢谢法庭上的美意。 媒体询问，总统马英九说国民党与王金平的诉讼已经进行，无法马上停；王金平说，国民党的意思是这样，大家按程序走。 （联合早报网编辑：沈茂华 )
