法院维持王书金原审死刑判决 Sep 27th 2013, 03:05 （联合早报网讯）央视报道，河北省高院今日上午驳回王书金上诉，维持原判。 河北省高院认为，石家庄西郊强奸故意杀人案(聂树斌案)的现场勘查笔录、尸体检验报告虽然在形式上存在诸如没有见证人签字等瑕疵，但上述证据均属案发当时的原始卷宗材料，辩护人所提现场勘查笔录和尸体检验报告存在瑕疵的意见，不足以否定现场勘查笔录和尸检报告的客观真实性，同时，也不属于非法证据排除的情形。 （联合早报网编辑：沈茂华 )
