上海液氨泄露原因初步认定 为液氨管路管帽脱落 Sep 1st 2013, 12:24 （联合早报网讯）上海8.31液氨泄露重大事故原因初步认定，25名伤员生命体征平稳。 宝山区的翁牌冷藏实业有限公司昨天发生重大事故，造成15人死亡，25人受伤。目前25名受伤人员经过有效救治，生命体征均为平稳。 据上海市政府新闻办公室消息，已初步认定事故直接原因系公司生产厂房内液氨管路系统管帽脱落，引起液氨泄漏，导致企业操作人员伤亡。 （联合早报网编辑：苏亚华 )
