后港二房式 159人抢1单位 Oct 2nd 2013, 11:10 （联合早报网讯）新一轮组屋销售活动今天午夜将结束，截至下午5时，申购剩余组屋二房式单位的单身人士十分踊跃。 其中，最热门的后港Buangkok Vale每个单位有159名单身人士抢购，其次较受欢迎的是榜鹅Punggol Crest、Punggol Spectra及Waterway Banks的二房式单位，申购率高达43.8。榜鹅预购组屋项目Matilda Edge这次也推出192间二房式单位供选购，反应同样不俗，单身人士的申购率达到26.8。 从整体预购组屋的申购情况来看，4013个单位（不包括小型公寓）的申购率仅2.4，Matilda Edge的三房式甚至不到一人（0.9）申请。 （联合早报网编辑：沈茂华 )
