王金平案 国民党不提再抗告 Oct 5th 2013, 04:59 （联合早报网讯）国民党文传会副主委殷玮今天说，国民党主席马英九在与各界人士研商后，今天决定针对立法院长王金平党籍案不提出再抗告。 台湾中央社报道，殷玮转述，马英九表示，针对假处分案，愿意在不违背公平正义原则的情况下，尽速厘清是非，并兼顾政局安定。虽然向最高法院提出"定暂时状态"假处分再抗告的期限是11日，但马英九与各界人士研商后，今天决定不提出再抗告。 （联合早报网编辑：杨丽娟 )
