泛民议员不接受梁振英解释 Oct 22nd 2013, 04:52 （联合早报网讯）泛民的立法会议员不接受香港行政长官梁振英的解释，认为未能清楚交代不发牌予香港电视网络的原因。 星岛日报网报道，工党立法会议员何秀兰表示，他们要求梁振英公开港视不获发牌的理据，但他在这一刻，仍指需要保密去保障商业利益，她认为梁振英「呃紧香港人」。 资讯科技界议员莫乃光指出，梁振英指发免费电视牌不是来者不拒，这说法与当局「不设上限」的广播政策有矛盾。 他又说，假如政策有变，而政府又不解释原因，这就不是「程序公义」。 （联合早报网编辑：沈茂华 )
