日本宣布参加不使用核武条约 Oct 22nd 2013, 00:58 （联合早报网讯）日本政府正式宣布，已经参加"不使用核武器公约"。这是日本政府第一次参加此类涉核条约。 日本新闻网报道，日本政府原先抵制这一条约，但是在进入10月后，日本政府转变方针，认为参加这一条约符合日本新的安保政策。 据悉，有125个国家参加了这一条约的签署。 （联合早报网编辑：杨丽娟 )
