联合国指叙两方均犯战争罪 Sep 11th 2013, 11:24 （联合早报网讯）联合国人权调查人员周三发表报告，指叙利亚政府军曾屠杀平民，轰炸医院；反对派亦同样触犯战争罪行。 据明报引述路透社报道，报告指出，政府军最近几个月夺回反对派占领区之时，曾广泛触犯战争罪行，而包括外国伊斯兰战士在内的反对派部队亦有触犯战争罪行，包括处决、绑架和炮轰平民区。 （联合早报网编辑：薛之白 )
