雷政富二审否认受贿事实 称一审判决证据不实 Sep 6th 2013, 04:10 （联合早报网讯）今天上午9时，备受关注的涉不雅视频官员雷政富受贿案在重庆市高院二审开庭。雷政富一审获刑13年。 新华网报道，在第二法庭，身穿深色西服的雷政富正在陈述上诉理由。雷政富认为一审判决认定事实不清、证据不实，一审判决错误。 针对一审判决认定的受贿事实，雷政富一一否认。他在法庭上依然坚持：300万元是企业间借款而非替他支付敲诈款、其妻子已经及时归还10万元、拒收了1万美金。 重庆高院预计此案将庭审一天。 （联合早报网编辑：沈茂华 )
