印多福献议收购中国闽中食品 Sep 2nd 2013, 09:14 （联合早报网讯）印多福食品（PT Indofood Sukses Makmur TBK）献议以每股1.12元现金，全面收购中国闽中食品。 原本持有闽中逾29％股权的印多福食品今天同意通过撮合交易（married deal），收购约3.90％的闽中股权，促使总持股提高至33.49％，在收购与合并条例下，对闽中剩余股票提出全面收购。 闽中股票在下午3时半恢复交易后，股价飙升超过一倍，截至3时50分报1.12元。 （联合早报网编辑：明永昌 )
