更多酒店实施"渐进式薪金制" Aug 21st 2013, 04:22 （联合早报网讯）联合早报记者杨丹旭报道，全国职工总会酒店与消费行业工会群体领导杨木光，今早在职总酒店业学习之旅上受访透露，目前三分之二有工会的酒店已经实施职总倡导的＂渐进式薪金制＂，为员工设计职业发展轨道，提升他们的生产力，并通过加薪与员工分享增长果实。 职总2010年推出增长与同惠计划（IGP）以来，款待与消费业共有238个岗位获得提升，超过1万8000名员工从中获益。这些员工在提升技能、提高生产力后，平均获得11%的加薪。 （联合早报网编辑：明永昌 )
