香港公司收购Kreuz控股 Nov 5th 2013, 11:58 （联合早报网讯）总部设于香港的汇睿资本（Headland Capital Partners）旗下一个私募基金的子公司—SEA9私人有限公司，献议以每股0.80元现金，全面收购本地上市岸外海事服务公司Kreuz控股，收购总值4亿4560万元。 持有Kreuz控股约57.5％股权的Swiber控股发表文告，表示接受股权收购献议。 （联合早报网编辑：明永昌 )
