梁振英：楼市措施不减辣不微调 Oct 15th 2013, 03:45 （联合早报网讯）香港特首梁振英说，过去数天楼市的表现，反映政府现阶段不能"减辣"，也不会微调。 香港明报网报道，梁振英表示，刚过去的长周末，有地产商推出抵销楼市辣招优惠，刺激炒家入市，二手楼成交也趋畅旺，这两个情况都证明，倘若政府减辣，楼市会回到怎么样的状态，所以政府现阶段绝不能减辣，也不会微调，他促请立法会尽快通过相关的调控楼市条例草案。 （联合早报网编辑：杨丽娟 )
