柯建铭自请调查 交纪委会处理 Oct 29th 2013, 12:45 (联合早报网讯）民主进步党籍立法委员柯建铭自请立法院纪律委员会调查及处理案，台湾立法院院会今天决议交付纪律委员会处理。 中央社报道，最高法院检察署特别侦查组9月6日举行记者会表示，时任法务部长曾勇夫、台湾高等法院检察署检察长陈守煌涉接受立法院长王金平关说，指示高检署检察官林秀涛在柯建铭全民电通案获判无罪后不要上诉，让柯建铭无罪定谳；不过，王金平、柯建铭等人否认指控。 （联合早报网编辑：沈茂华 )
