联想集团正考虑全盘收购黑莓 Oct 18th 2013, 01:25 （联合早报网讯）据消息人士透露，联想集团有限公司正积极考虑全盘收购黑莓(BlackBerry Ltd.)。 华尔街日报报道，其中一位消息人士称，联想集团已签署保密协议，从而得以查阅黑莓账簿。 报道称，两家公司发言人均未对联想上述意向置评。 上个月，黑莓与加拿大保险公司Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd.达成47亿美元的初步全盘收购协议。Fairfax Financial Holdings是黑莓最大股东之一。 消息人士称，除联想集团外，还有几家公司也对黑莓有意，比如Cerberus Capital Management LP和黑莓公司联合创始人Mike Lazaridis。 （联合早报网编辑：沈茂华 )
