新破产法令咨询公众意见 Oct 7th 2013, 06:25 （联合早报网讯）联合早报记者郑靖豫报道，破产法改革委员会建议把管制个人破产和企业破产的法律二合为一，结合成单一的破产法令（Insolvency Act）。这是破产法改革委员会经过几乎三年的研究后，提出的主要建议。其他建议大部分针对企业破产。 律政部就破产法改革委员会的建议，咨询公众意见。公众可以从今天开始至12月2日上网www.mlaw.gov.sg或www.reach.gov.sg了解有关建议。 公众最迟可在12月2日投函Community Legal Services Division，Ministry of Law，100 High Street，# 08-02，The Treasury, Singapore 179434；或传真63328842，或电邮MLAW_Consultation@mlaw.gov.sg。 （联合早报网编辑：明永昌 )
