占中申请成立有限公司受阻 Oct 23rd 2013, 11:45 （联合早报网讯）占中行动发起人陈健民质疑，当局有意拖延占中申请成为有限公司。 明报报道，陈健民表示，他们在5月向公司注册处提交申请，希望成立一间担保有限公司，至今仍未有回覆。他指出，一般申请程序只需1个月，质疑当局今次的做法不寻常，是有意拖延。 他表示，由于无法成立公司，现时需借用其他团体的银行户口收集捐款，构成不便和麻烦。 （联合早报网编辑：沈茂华 )
