取缔交通违例者 当局发71罚单 Oct 31st 2013, 10:23 （联合早报网讯）今年首九个月因车子违例而遭罚款的司机与去年相比出现上升趋势，单是非法改装的车辆就超出了去年全年的数字。 当局昨天下午展开八小时联合行动，取缔交通违例者，包括非法改装、排烟量超标、超速驾驶等车辆，共发出了71张罚单。 环境局提醒驾车人士，从明年1月1日起，现有的柴油车合格排烟量将从50赫特里废气单位调低到40赫特里废气单位。明年7月1日起，排烟量超过40赫特里废气单位（Hartridge Smoke Unit,简称HSU）的柴油车将被罚款。 （联合早报网编辑：杨丽娟 )
