叙利亚正式成为禁止化学武器组织第190个成员国 Oct 14th 2013, 02:14 （联合早报网讯）叙利亚从今天（14日）起正式成为禁止化学武器组织的成员国。叙利亚系禁化武组织第190个成员国。 据俄塔社报道，自10月14日起，禁止化学武器公约将对叙利亚有效。 禁化武组织强调，叙利亚在特殊情况下加入了该组织，从提交申请到提供本国核武库信息只过了七天时间，而加入禁止化学武器组织整个程序只花费了一个月的时间。在一般情况下，这需要更长的时间。 （联合早报网编辑：苏亚华 )
