滇川交界地震云南德钦震感强烈 通讯出现问题 Aug 31st 2013, 01:21 （联合早报网讯）新华社报道，8月31日8时4分在云南迪庆州香格里拉县、德钦县、四川省得荣县交界发生5.9级地震。德钦县委副书记廖文才正在赶往奔子栏的路上，他说，早上的地震，县城感觉晃动还是比较厉害。奔子栏的手机通讯出现问题，许多人的手机已经打不通了。 （联合早报网编辑：沈茂华 )
