7月份新私宅销量大跌 Aug 15th 2013, 06:29 （联合早报网讯）联合早报记者赵恺健报道，在新房贷管制框架的影响下，同时缺乏大型项目的推出，导致今年7月份的新私宅销量大跌，只有481个单位，比起6月份大减73％。 根据市区重建局最新发布的数据，若不包括执行共管公寓（Executive Condominium，简称EC），我国私宅市场在7月份推出了557个单位，而卖出了481个单位。这远远比不上6月份所推出的1768个新单位与卖出1806个新单位。 如果包括EC的话，我国在7月则卖出了557个单位，比6月的2119个单位少了74％。 （联合早报网编辑：明永昌 )
